My name is Linda Rogers, and I bring over 20 years of experience as a strategist and transformation leader in technology. Having navigated a multifaceted career path myself, especially as a woman of color, I understand the unique challenges that arise along the way and the resilience required to overcome them.

Throughout my career, I have held pivotal roles across the C-suite, steering transformative change for renowned organizations such as Virgin Media O2, Reckitt, British American Tobacco, and Alliance Medical Group. 

With a passion for empowering professionals and executives to reach their highest potential, I founded Leadership House as a platform to create lasting impact, one conversation at a time.

My coaching spans the UK, Europe, Canada, and Africa, and I aim to help individuals unlock their strengths while embracing their authentic selves. I am also deeply committed to social impact; as a non-executive director on startup and charity boards, I actively contribute to positive change. 

As the founder of the  Women Leadership and Empowerment Network (WLEN UK),  Digital Inclusion Initiative  (Africa) and Leadership House UK, I am dedicated to promoting diversity and inclusion within the tech industry, a commitment that earned me a nomination for “Role Model of the Year” at the UK National DEI Awards in 2018.

Beyond my career, I balance life with my partner, our three children, and our beloved pet, Waffles. My journey is enriched by an executive MBA from Warwick Business School, which, combined with my real-world experience, serves as a trusted compass to guide you in achieving your own goals.
