From Executive C-suite to Executive Coaching
My path into coaching was not accidental; it was shaped over two decades of leading technology, transformation, and high-performing teams at the executive level.
I have sat in the rooms where decisions are made. I have led through complexity, pressure, and change.
And I understand what it really feels like to succeed on the outside, yet question what’s next on the inside. At a certain point in my career, I recognised that success alone is not enough. Clarity matters. Confidence matters. Alignment matters.
That realisation is what led me into coaching. Today, as an Accredited Executive Coach, I combine real-world leadership experience with proven coaching frameworks to support ambitious professionals who are ready for more, more clarity, more confidence, and more control over their career direction.
